disparities have to be addressed. Ensuring that women have equal opportunities for meaningful work,

needs a thoughtful approach and consistent efforts. SAIL is actively engaged in promoting women
empowerment through various initiatives. Recognizing the importance of gender diversity, SAIL has
implemented policies and programs to create a more inclusive workplace. The company provides
