Through meticulous training spanning theoretical classrooms to practical oyster surgeries, trainees
delve into the intricacies of pearl cultivation. Equipped with surgical tools, chemicals, and oysters,
they embark on a transformative path towards economic empowerment where they are urged to
embrace pearl farming as a means of employment generation and economic development. Through
CSR initiatives, a new chapter unfolds, connecting educated unemployed youth with sustainable

livelihoods. As trainees become torchbearers of change, the tranquil waters of Ranchi bear witness to
a newfound source of livelihood, rooted in tradition and nurtured by empowerment.
