         Waste to Wealth

Amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic, RSP’s Waste to Wealth project emerges as a beacon of
hope, offering a lifeline to small women farmers. Through comprehensive training and organic
farming initiatives, the project revitalizes livelihoods, empowering individuals to overcome socio-
         economic hurdles.
As the stories intertwine, a common thread emerges – the importance of skill development in
empowering communities and fostering sustainable livelihoods. Skill development plays a crucial role
in bridging the gap between industry demand and workforce capabilities. From the bustling
classrooms of NSIC to the tranquil waters of Ranchi, skill development becomes more than just a
means to an end; it becomes a catalyst for transformation. It's a journey
marked by empowerment, resilience, and the unwavering belief
that with the right skills, individuals can shape their destinies and
build a brighter future for themselves and their communities. Specialised

By aligning training programs with market needs, SAIL is aiming Development
