The Executive Director (Growth Division) is the Chief Executive of the unit. Under the Executive Director (GD) the officers and employees of SAIL Growth Works, Kulti perform their duties. There is a Delegation of Powers delegated to Executive Director (GD) by the Director In-Charge (ISP & DSP), SAIL for discharging his duties. For smooth functioning of the Division, the Executive Director (GD) has also sub-delegated his powers to the CGM (Works), SGW, Kulti, who is directly reporting to him.
