Monthly salaries are being paid to its officers in accordance with the scale of pay as approved by Ministry of Steel, Government of India. Monthly salaries are being paid to the employees as per the terms of the NJCS agreement, the SAIL Management and the Workers union. Monthly salaries of officers and employees are credited to their individual bank accounts.
