A building which is in the pose area of Bhilai Townshipis known as Public Library which is maintained by Human Resource Department of Bhilai Steel Plant provides facilities to its public/citizens for obtaining all kind of information regarding Plant, sports, cultural, general knowledge, etc. The said library is open from 10 AM to 6.30 PM in all week days excluding Sunday.
