In exercise of the powers vested to him by Director (Technical), SAIL; HOD,CCSO has sub-delegate the following powers for smooth functioning of the day to day activities of CCSO

2. Sanction of outstation tours of employees. Approving Authority for sanction of tours of Non-Executives.
In case of Executives reporting directly or through DRO,s the tour application shall be forwarded for sanction by Head of CCSO
Tour Applications of Non-Executives to be forwarded for Sanction by GM.
In case of Executives reporting directly or through DRO,s the tour application shall be forwarded for sanction by Head of CCSO.

3. Controlling officer for the purpose of TA, LTC & Medical bills/Leave Encashment. Approving authority in respect of DRO,s and officers reporting through DRO,s. Approving authority in respect of bills of DRO,s and officers reporting through DRO,s.

4. Sanction of expenditure for R & M of office furniture, office equipments, vehicles, building, township, electrical installations, water supply computers etc. Full powers up to Rs.5,000/- in each case subject to Budget Provision. - - -
5. Reimbursement of postage and Fax expenses to employees. Full powers subject to Rs.500/-in each case subject to budget provision. - - -

Note:

  1. In case of employees posted in various fields/outside Dhanbad, the Leave application/Monthly attendance report of different areas shall be duly ratified by the respective Controlling Officers as per the Sub Delegation stated above.
  2. All Sanctioned Leave application shall be forwarded to PS to GM for information and recording.
  3. In the absence of HOD,CCSO from Headquarters while on leave/official duty, the regular jobs of Head of CCSO shall be looked after by the senior most DGM ,CCSO present in head quarter . However, decisions beyond the above sub-delegation, if required to be taken on urgent cases, to be taken after consulting Head of CCSO.
